Welcome to MyTel Mobile. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, products, and services (“Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you may not use the site or make purchases from MyTel Mobile.


1. ABOUT MYTEL MOBILE

MyTel Mobile is an online store offering mobile accessories and providing referral links for prepaid wireless plans and other third-party services.

We are not a wireless carrier, network operator, or cellular service provider.
Any prepaid plan you purchase through our outbound links is provided by a third-party carrier, whose own terms and privacy policies apply.


2. ELIGIBILITY

By using the site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction

  • You are legally able to enter into binding agreements

  • You will use the website in accordance with these Terms


3. ACCOUNT CREATION

If you create an account on our website:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

MyTel Mobile is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access.


4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We work hard to keep product details accurate. However:

  • Colors, fit, style, and appearance may vary slightly

  • Compatibility information is based on manufacturer data

  • Product descriptions may occasionally contain errors

  • Availability may change without notice

We reserve the right to:

  • Update product descriptions

  • Correct pricing or errors

  • Limit quantities

  • Discontinue products


5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PAYMENT

An order is considered accepted when payment is successfully processed and we (or our fulfillment partners) confirm the order.

We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Inventory issues

  • Shipping restrictions

If your order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other authorized processors.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.


6. DROPSHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

MyTel Mobile fulfills many orders using third-party warehouses and dropshipping partners, including DSers and AliExpress.

This means:

  • Items may ship from different locations (U.S. or international)

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive separately

  • Estimated delivery times may vary

  • Tracking updates may be delayed

  • Inventory updates depend on supplier availability

Once an order has been placed, fulfillment begins immediately and modifications are rarely possible.


7. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Key points:

  • Typical delivery: 7–15 business days

  • Delays may occur due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier issues

  • We are not responsible for delays once a package is with the carrier


8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy.

Brief overview:

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item/model was shipped

  • The product is significantly different from the description

We generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Used accessories

  • Opened packaging (unless defective)

  • Wrong-size or wrong-model orders caused by customer selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

9. PREPAID WIRELESS PLAN DISCLAIMER

MyTel Mobile is not a carrier or wireless provider.
When you click a referral link and sign up for a prepaid plan:

  • The plan is sold and fulfilled by the carrier, not MyTel Mobile

  • Activation, billing, porting, coverage, speeds, and customer support are the carrier’s responsibility

  • MyTel Mobile cannot issue refunds, credits, or adjustments for any wireless plan or service

  • Any service issues must be handled directly with the carrier

We are not responsible for:

  • SIM activation glitches

  • Network outages

  • Coverage limitations

  • Speed throttling

  • Billing or auto-charge issues

  • Porting/transfer delays

We are a referral partner only.


10. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

MyTel Mobile participates in affiliate and referral programs, meaning:

  • We may earn a commission when you click a link on our site and make a purchase

  • We may earn a referral bonus when you sign up for a prepaid wireless plan

  • Partner companies may track your clicks for attribution purposes

There is no additional cost to you for using these links.

We disclose this in accordance with FTC guidelines.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — text, graphics, product photos, logos, and layout — is owned by MyTel Mobile or our partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.


12. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or servers

  • Interfere with site performance

  • Resell products purchased from MyTel without authorization

We do not guarantee:

  • That the site will operate without errors or interruptions

  • That shipping will occur within exact timelines

  • That third-party carriers or suppliers will meet expectations

All warranties — express or implied — are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.


14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • MyTel Mobile is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product

  • We are not responsible for third-party carrier service issues

  • We do not provide wireless coverage, speeds, or guarantees

This limitation applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.


15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes must be resolved in Massachusetts courts unless arbitration is required by law.


16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent version.

Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
