Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This policy explains how shipping works at MyTel Mobile, how returns are handled, and under what conditions refunds may be issued. We aim to be fair, transparent, and realistic about delivery times, especially because we use trusted third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners to fulfill orders.

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT & PROCESSING TIMES

Once you place an order:

  • Fulfillment typically begins within 24–48 hours

  • Orders cannot be modified once processing begins

  • Some products may ship from U.S. warehouses, and others from international suppliers

Processing time does not include shipping time.


2. SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Because MyTel Mobile uses dropshipping suppliers (including DSers, AliExpress, and U.S.-based partners), delivery times may vary.

Typical estimated delivery windows:

United States:

7–15 business days

International (if offered):

10–20+ business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Holiday volume

  • Supplier backlog

We will always do our best to keep you informed.


3. MULTIPLE PACKAGES

If your order includes multiple items:

  • They may be shipped separately

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Packages may arrive on different days

This is normal for dropshipping-based fulfillment.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking number (when available)

  • A link to check delivery updates

Some carriers may take 48–72 hours to update tracking after the label is created.


5. SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

Delays:

We cannot control delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or logistics networks.

Lost Packages:

If your tracking shows “delivered,” MyTel Mobile cannot issue refunds.
If tracking shows “stalled” or “in transit” for an extended period:

  1. Email us at behappy@mytelmobile.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. We will help investigate with the supplier or carrier

If an order is confirmed lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement shipped free of charge
    or

  • A refund to your original payment method


6. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We only accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item arrives defective

  • You received the wrong item or wrong model

  • The item is significantly different from the product description

In these cases:

  1. Email behappy@mytelmobile.com

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include clear photos of the issue

  4. Contact us within 30 days of delivery

If approved, we will offer one of:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

  • Store credit


7. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

To protect you and our suppliers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or installed items (e.g., cases that have been applied to a phone)

  • Opened packaging, unless the product is defective

  • Wrong-size or wrong-model purchases caused by customer error

  • Items that were damaged after delivery (drops, wear and tear, etc.)

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

Some products may include hygiene seals or non-returnable markings per supplier policy.


8. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR PREPAID WIRELESS SERVICES

MyTel Mobile is NOT the seller of any prepaid wireless plan.
When you sign up for a plan via an outbound link:

  • That plan is provided by a third-party carrier

  • Billing and support are handled by the carrier

  • MyTel Mobile cannot issue refunds, cancellations, or adjustments

This includes:

  • SIM cards

  • Plan activations

  • Plan refills

  • Auto-pay subscriptions

  • Data packages

Any request for refunds or support must be directed to the carrier.


9. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  1. Email behappy@mytelmobile.com

  2. Use subject line: Return Request – [Order Number]

  3. Include photos of defects/damage (if applicable)

  4. Wait for authorization before shipping anything back

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If a return is approved:

  • You will receive instructions on where to send the item

  • Some suppliers may require items to be returned to an international warehouse

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds are issued only after the return is received and inspected.


10. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If a refund has been issued but not received:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again

  2. Contact your bank (processing can take 3–7 business days)

  3. If issues persist, email us at behappy@mytelmobile.com


11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can only cancel orders before the fulfillment process starts.
Once processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Email us immediately at behappy@mytelmobile.com if you need assistance.


12. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong model shipped

  • Defective product

  • Damaged product

We cannot offer exchanges for customer error (wrong model selected).
